Coming from a competitive swimming background, I love the way CrossFit gave me an outlet for my competitive nature and its versatility captured my interest so much so that 8 years on I still enjoy the challenge of mastering new skills. From a coaching point of view I love being able to work with people to help them move better and at the same time becoming fitter and stronger than they ever thought they could.
Favourite WOD: Karen - Its a simple all over body workout with one movement (Wall Balls)
Favourite workout music: My training playlist has a real mix... ranging from Metal, Dubstep, Reggae, Ska, with a mix of 80’s and 90’s classics.
